Cherry Tomato Focaccia 🍅

Sweet roasted cherry tomatoes, olive oil–rich focaccia, and a hint of rosemary baked into a golden crust.

As the focaccia bakes, the tomatoes soften and release their sweetness into the bread, creating those little pockets of flavor in every bite.

Each tray is slow-fermented and baked in small batches, so we only open a limited number of orders each week.

You know those weekends when you just want something warm, savory, and freshly baked to share at home?

That’s what this week’s focaccia bake is all about.

Each batch is slow-fermented and baked in small batches, with olive oil for that crisp golden crust and soft airy crumb inside. Because everything is made by hand, we’re only opening a limited number of orders for this bake.
