Sourdough Pan de Mu**to
Sweet crusty exterior with a soft fragrant crumb.
This is a dense and sticky dough to work with, hand kneading is recommended. I used a sweet stiff starter as levain.
Ingredients:
Bread flour: 340 g Active Starter: 150 g
Sugar: 50 g Salt: 7 g
Water: 120 g Veg.oil: 40 g Eggs: 2 pcs
Orange zest: 2g Anise seed: 2g
Dusted with powdered sugar.
Best eaten with a cup of coco.
