OUR POLICY
Thank you for choosing Château Sakura
To ensure quality service and mutual understanding, please read our policies carefully before placing an order.
1. ORDERS & BOOKING
All orders must be placed at least [24–72] hours in advance, depending on cake type and size.
- Orders are only confirmed after payment or required deposit is received.
- Last-minute orders may attract an extra fee and are subject to availability.
2. PAYMENTS
- Full payment or a non-refundable deposit of [50–70%] is required to secure your order.
- Outstanding balances must be cleared before pickup or delivery.
- We do not begin production without payment.
3. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
- Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once production has started.
- Cancellations made before production may be eligible for partial refunds (excluding deposits).
- Date changes are subject to availability.
4. DESIGN & CUSTOM CAKES.
- Cakes are handcrafted; exact replicas of reference images are not guaranteed, but we aim for close similarity.
- Minor variations in color, size, or decoration may occur.
- By approving the design, you agree to our creative interpretation.
5. PICK-UP & DELIVERY.
- Pick-up times must be strictly adhered to.
- Late pick-ups may affect cake quality, especially for cream cakes.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Pick up or delivery options. If a customer comes for pick up, no delivery charges, but if the company delivers to you, the customer will pay an agreed amount based on location.
- Once a cake leaves our care, we are not responsible for damages caused by handling, heat, or transportation.
- Cream cakes are best transported in air-conditioned vehicles.
6. CAKE CARE & STORAGE.
- Buttercream and whipped cream cakes are heat-sensitive.
- Leftover Cakes should be refrigerated when not in use.
We are not responsible for damages due to improper storage or exposure to heat.
7. ALLERGIES & INGREDIENTS.
- Please inform us of any allergies before placing an order.
- While care is taken, our kitchen handles common allergens such as nuts, eggs, dairy, and gluten.
8. COMPLAINTS & CLAIMS
- Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of pick-up/delivery with clear pictures.
- Complaints based on personal taste (sweetness, flavor preference) are not grounds for refunds.
9. ACCEPTANCE OF POLICY.
By placing an order with [Château Sakura], you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
