"Grabe na Lusyang naman tawn na sya"
People see the messy hair, weight gain, tired eyes, no lipstick, no skincare… and they quickly call a mother “lusyang.”
But what they don’t see is the sleepless nights, the endless sacrifices, the exhaustion, and the kind of love that changes a woman completely.
This isn’t laziness.
This is motherhood.
This is choosing your baby over yourself again and again every single day.
No, I don’t love looking exhausted or feeling unlike myself sometimes. But for now, my baby is my priority.
And this season isn’t permanent. One day, I’ll slowly find my way back to myself too.
For now, the “lusyang” they see… is actually love in its purest form. ❤️
