Treat.ph would like to apologize to Ms. Grace for having to decline her order. Due to the amount and short notice, we're not able to satisfy her craving for our cheese tarts.
For our customers that would like to order, please give us at least 1 day advance notice for orders starting at a minimum of a half dozen to 4 dozen and 2 days advance notice for orders more than 5 dozen.
We do this for 2 important things....
1. To maintain the freshness of our product and to avoid any waste due to spoiled ingredients such as fresh whole milk, yoghurt and eggs which have relatively short shelf lives, especially yoghurt.
2. Our supplier for our cream cheese (swiss valley) and french butter (flechard, marquis, president) require one day advance notice for orders. We don't use compound butter, baker's butter and definitely don't substitute with margarine.
We are an artisan bakeshop based at home and everything, literally everything is handmade.... something we're very proud of. All treats are made with love, passion and hard work. No industrial grade equipment here. Even our oven has only a capacity to bake 1.5 dozen to 2 dozen at any single time.
To put things in perspective, 6pcs of cheese tarts take at least 1.5hrs to make, this includes prep time.
Treat.ph would like to wish all of you a wonderful day ahead and would like to take this opportunity to thank all our loyal customers.
We love baking for all of you!
Sincerely,
Juancho & Erelyn
