Another product weā€™ve been working on!

We first introduced our Tinapa Cream Cheese during our very first catering event at Tita Bethā€™s birthday. Honestly, I wasnā€™t sure if the guests would appreciate it becauseā€¦ tinapa siya! šŸ˜‚ But to our surprise, it became one of the favorites, and it was actually one of the first things to run out!

As for our Cheese Pimiento, it started with a simple craving. I wanted to make some at home, pero wala akong mabili na pimiento that time. Since pimiento and red bell peppers are pretty similar, why not just use fresh bell peppers and roast them myself?

Until now, we still donā€™t use canned or bottled pimiento, we roast fresh bell peppers ourselves for that smoky, slightly sweet flavor. šŸ˜Š

That's something we really value at Eleanorā€™s Bakeshop, whenever possible, we make things from scratch. It may take a little more time and effort, but we believe you can taste the difference.

Tinapa Cream Cheese + our homemade Cheese Pimiento + freshly baked pandesal? Thatā€™s a combination weā€™re really excited about!

The past few weeks brought plenty of rain and gloomy weather, and walk-ins have definitely been slower with class cancellations and government office suspensions.

But despite the slow days, we are incredibly grateful because the orders kept coming in and helped make up for the quiet days. šŸ„¹

Itā€™s moments like these that remind us that even when things donā€™t go exactly as planned, there are still so many blessings to be thankful for.
