Study says breastfeeding is a supply and demand system. The more often and effectively your baby nurses, the more milk you produce. Remember, empty breast = faster milk production. While we can't vouch for the efficacy of Lactation Treats as to increasing milk supply, we do believe that eating these nutritious on the go snacks would greatly help nourish our bodies for it to function more effectively. Besides, these treats are packed with healthy ingredients such as Brewer's Yeast, Flaxseeds, Rolled Oats plus they're supper yummy and I must say, these goodies really helped me. 😊

Having said that, I'm happy to share that we're able to stock up and donate to NICU babies in TPDH again. Honestly, breastfeeding is not always easy. I've had some really low lows too, but it's always worth it! So to you fellow breastfeeding momma, no matter where you are at your journey right now, hang in there, you got this! ❤️💪

Only 1 crinkle left out of 144. It was almost an "All DAY Bake" for this momma yesterday. Didn't even get a chance to take photos of the lactation goodies and packed orders. 😅

Back when I wasn't still nursing, I feel very intimated and intrigued by the idea of these so called, "Lactation Cookies/Brownies". Now that I already have two amazing boys and tandem feed, I'd say that these delicious snacks really made my breastfeeding journey more bearable (Specially during night time. Moms with newborns can relate! HAHA). Plus, it's great that I can just easily grab these treats anytime of the day too! So glad to test out few recipes over my maternity leave and come up with these amazing lactation goodies that I now get to share with my fellow breastfeeding mommas. Don't let the name scare you though. These goodies taste just like your favorite oatmeal cookies and brownies but with added health benefits that anyone can enjoy! 😊❤️
