We have not posted in a while.

For those who follow us, we would like to let you know that TitoBear and TitaPanda has been separated for eight months. And although we tried everything in our power to restore whatever connection we had, we finally realized that some things are just not meant to last.

Thank you for all your support. This is the end. For good.

To you, my other half, the love of my life. You were once my rock. My strength. Until one day, you've suddenly become my kryptonite. In another lifetime, maybe we will be luckier and we will be blessed. But now, I bid my goodbye.

I just wish that you fought harder. Because what we had can never be replaced.

Hi!! Tita Panda here... A lot of people are asking as to when do we release breads... Initially, Tito Bear has always avoided the topic but now he finally agreed...

Dry run in 3 days:

1. Hard Tack Breads (Baguette, Rye bread, Multi grain)
2. Raisin Bread (Tito Bear baked foe Baguio Country Club for some time so yoi get the idea)
3. Cinnabon / Cinnamon rolls
4. Danish Pastries? (we'll see)
5. French Macarons? (Bahala n din)

Specs:

1st layer - chocolate sponge (but thinking about using a brownie fudge bar as base... Will try it out next week)
2nd layer - Chocolate Frosting
3rd layer - Chocolate Mousse

Topped with Chocolate Ganache and Malteser's

NEW PRODUCT ALERT!
A couple of skinny pandas from the enclosure up north has been pitching this idea for a while and a couple weeks ago I found a good recipe for it.

The SkinnyPanda Selections will include baked goods catered to specific diets. The first item on this menu is the Keto Brownie. All ingredients approved for ketogenic diet. Meaning, low sugar, low carb and with a good amount of fat. Also suitable for paleo and diabetics (with a few adjustments to the recipe pag paleo).
Don't let the plain looks fool you. It's pretty good. I was shocked.

Php300 a tub. Keto dieters understands why it's expensive.
