Blue is always the most challenging when it comes to buttercream….all the bakers know what I am talking about. That’s why grey blue or purple blue is always my top choice when blue is requested. What do you think?

People are surprised when I told them these 12 cupcakes took me 3 hours to decorate. Yes!!! They are much more time consuming than cake as each single cupcake has its own design…it is almost like I made 12 small cakes. I did enjoy the whole decorating process though. 🥰
