Kaya po kami nagnenegosyo para kumita nang patas, sana ganun din po ang mga customers. 🙏

May na-encounter kami na customer na nakiusap na bayaran na lang ang items pagdating ng rider sa location niya. Hindi po kami pumapayag sa ganitong setup at sinabi naming pwede naman i-cancel ang order kung hindi siya okay sa payment first.

Pero nangulit pa rin siya at sinabing magbabayad nalang daw bago i-deliver sa location niya, kaya bilang consideration at gusto rin naming makapagbenta sa area nila, tinuloy pa rin namin ang order.

Kami mismo ang nagbook ng rider (dahil ayaw ng customer) at tinanggap ang risk na kami ang magsho-shoulder ng fee kapag hindi nagpush through. Actually, RED FLAG na ito kung ayaw maghandle ng self-booking si customer lalo na kung HINDI PA SYA BAYAD. Sa huli, pagdating ng rider ay hindi na po sumasagot ang customer. Kahit tawagan at itext namin ng rider, hindi talaga sumasagot itong customer.

Dahil dito, ito na po ang magiging strict process namin:

✔ PAYMENT FIRST
✔ CUSTOMER SELF-BOOKING

Nagnenegosyo po kami nang maayos at patas, hindi para manloko. Sana po ay respetuhin din ang oras, effort at perang nilalabas ng mga small business owners.
