Hi, dear clients! 🫶🏻
Since mas mataas ang demand natin ngayon, especially for rush and last-minute cake orders, we just want to share a few reminders para maiwasan natin ang any misunderstanding and para mas smooth ang transactions natin. 🤎
After almost 5 years in the cake industry, very rare lang talaga kami magkaroon ng complaints or misunderstandings. But we believe na every experience is also a chance for us to improve our system and serve you better. 🥹🤍
🎂 FOR RUSH / LAST-MINUTE ORDERS
We are happy to accommodate rush orders as long as our schedule allows. However, please understand na rush orders need to be checked first depending on our workload, available ingredients/materials, and preparation time.
⏰ Please be specific sa time na kailangan niyo ang cake.
“Today po” and “Need by 10 AM po” are two different things. 😅
Please let us know your exact preferred time para ma-check namin properly if kaya siyang i-accommodate.
🚗 Please also consider delivery/travel time.
Once a cake is finished, kailangan pa itong ma-pack properly and, for deliveries, kailangan din i-consider ang travel time and possible traffic.
💰 Rush fee may apply.
Since rush orders require us to adjust our production schedule and prioritize your order, additional rush fees may apply depending on how soon the cake is needed.

📅 FOR ADVANCE / PRE-BOOKED ORDERS
If you booked your cake weeks or months ahead, we highly encourage you to follow up and confirm your order 1–2 DAYS BEFORE your event. 🤎
This is VERY IMPORTANT especially for orders booked far in advance.
A simple message like:
“Hi po! Just confirming my cake order for tomorrow. 😊”
will help us double-check everything before your event.
Please confirm/check:
🎂 Cake design & flavor
📝 Name/text on the cake
📅 Event date
⏰ Pick-up/delivery time
📍 Delivery location
💰 Remaining balance & delivery fee
✨ Special requests/instructions
We also kindly ask our clients not to wait until the event day before checking or changing important details. A confirmation 1–2 days before gives both the client and the baker enough time to address any concerns.

Before finalizing your booking, please make sure that all details are correct:
• Cake design & flavor
• Name/text
• Event date
• Exact time needed
• Pick-up/delivery location
• Delivery fee
• Total amount
• Deposit & balance
• Special requests
📌 Once the details and schedule are confirmed, both sides are expected to follow the agreed arrangement.
We always do our best to accommodate every client, but please remember that every cake is freshly prepared and needs enough time for proper preparation. 🤎
