I’ve spent six months perfecting these beauties.
The pasta madre alone took numerous trials and errors—I almost gave up. But as a new baker, every challenge is a learning experience. Pushing past that barrier feels incredible. Thankfully, there’s a wealth of information online; you just need patience and curiosity to find what works.
Now, the dilemma: waiting at least 12 hours to see if this batch is a success. 😅
