Meet the chef:

Chef Joram “Pablo” Paul Jabonillo

With 8 years of experience in baking pastries and 6 years of experience of Sourdough baking, Chef Pablo has been steadily growing his repertoire of recipes and knowledge as a chef.

He is a graduate of the International School for Culinary Arts and Hotel Management in Cebu city and was the Golden Medal Awardee for the Culinary Competition held in the aforementioned school. He is also a holder of the Culinary Solutions Australia Certificate in Pastry and Bakery Arts.

Now based in Bangkok, Thailand, Chef Pablo is working as a Sourdough bread and Viennoiserie chef in Scene Bangkok Patisserie and Brasserie, working under the world-renowned Filipino Pastry chef Paulo Bairan.

Chef Pablo also had 2 years of making sourdough bread and pastries in Tagbilaran city and Cebu city under his brands Asukal Patisserie and Harina Boulangerie. Both brands were sought after by locals and foreigner expats for its distinct taste and professional quality.

He has also recently started his consultancy for breads and pastries this year in partnership with two (2) Cebuano Businesses.
