Sa buhay, hindi ka dapat sumuko pero mayroong mga bagay ang dapat mong isuko:
1. Quit pleasing everyone
- You don’t live for them. Buhay mo ‘yan, focus on yourself so you can grow and thrive continuously.
2. Quit fearing change
- The only constant in the world is change—it’s inevitable. We fear change because we can’t anticipate the outcome. However, staying put can be riskier than changing. Sa oras na matanggap mo ‘to, hindi ka na mahihirapang mag-adapt and you’ll feel excitement rather than fear.
3. Quit living in the past
- Live in the moment! The only time that you should look back is to see how far you’ve come. Own it!
4. Quit overthinking
- Worrying and overthinking are part of the human experience, but when left unchecked, they can take a toll on your well-being. Hindi na nga nakakatulong sa present, maaapektuhan pa ang future!
5. Quit being afraid to be different
- Embrace your uniqueness! The moment you learn to accept and love yourself fully, you will be able to turn your weakness into strength. Do you, love you, for you!
6. Quit thinking you’re not good enough
- Your beliefs are contained by the mindset you own. This does not necessarily make them real, except for the fact that you believe they are. Lahat ng galaw natin, nag-mu-mula sa thoughts, kaya importante na aware ka sa takbo ng utak mo because if you think you’re worthless, ano na lang ang magiging kilos mo?
7. Quit thinking you have no purpose
- We are all just a tiny speck in the universe. Kapag zinoom out mo ang daigdig, tuldok lang tayo. So, basically our existence in the universe is like a dust particle, totally negligible. But still, you have been given a life; there must be a reason!
