Qualifications:
1. Age:18-30 years old
2. Education: atleast have High school diploma
Skills:
1. Communication: Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues
2. Customer Service: Ability to provide excellent customer service, handle complaints, and resolve issues
3. Numerical Skills: Basic math skills for handling transactions, counting change, and managing inventory
4. Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
5. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in handling orders, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean workspace
Physical Requirements:
1. Standing: Ability to stand for long periods
2. Lifting: Ability to lift and carry bakery products, bags, or other items
3. Cleanliness: Maintaining personal hygiene and adhering to bakery cleanliness standards
4. Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
2. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other bakery staff
