Ten years ago, I got the privilege of creating her birthday cake — my first three tier, all edible piece. Transported it courageously from Sta. Rosa to Manila in our trusted sedan.

Last weekend, I was asked to bake for her again, her 70th. Grateful for the confidence then and now.
