I know it’s already late January, but before I move forward this year, I felt like I owed you a little catch-up 🤍✨👩🏻🍳
The last update I shared here was back in April — when I started pastry school. After that… I went quiet.
Hindi dahil nagsara ang Delish Ash.
The store stayed open.
Orders were still coming in.
Life kept moving.
But I didn’t have the courage to keep updating.
Most of 2025’s occasions passed without me posting — no Valentine’s, no Mother’s Day, even Father’s Day went by quietly. Not because I didn’t care, but because I was trying to hold everything together all at once. There were days when just operating was already all I could manage.
Then sometime around November, after months of being quiet, I showed up again — almost out of nowhere. One simple post.

No long captions. No explanations. Just that.
Before I pressed “post,” ang tagal kong nakatitig sa screen. Takot ako na baka nakalimutan na ako.
May hiya rin, kasi ang tagal kong nawala, tapos bigla na lang ulit akong magpaparamdam 😅
But I still pressed post.
And then someone said, “ohh you’re back!!”
That small moment meant more than you know. It reminded me that even in quiet seasons, connections don’t always disappear.
After that, the orders started coming in. One after another — all the way through December. Grateful that you stayed, and amazed that after months of silence, you still remembered Delish Ash.
What many didn’t see was that even before those posts, I had already made a decision. Last year, I planned to move — and Delish Ash found a new home. By the second week of November 2025, I finally moved into a bigger and better space with own kitchen, where you’ll now find me baking 😆 and where the store has grown into more than just cakes, with other treats and little finds now filling the store as well.
Looking back now, I see how much courage it took — not just to move kitchens, but to come back, to be seen again, and to keep going 💖
So before I move forward, I just want to say thank you 🤍
For staying. For supporting. For remembering.
