Chef Aina (Aina Cruz Marquez) is a graduate of Culinary Arts at the Center of Culinary Arts, Manila. She also took cake, pastry and icing training workshops in the United States at the Wilton School, French Pastry School and Cakewalk in Chicago, Illinois. Since she graduated in 2004, Chef Aina honed her culinary and baking skills by supplying cakes, cookies, pastries and breads commercially. Her c
lients include Dela Salle Univerisity, University of Sto tomas, College of St Benilde and various other corporate offices. When she got married in 2011, Chef Aina, with her characteristic determination, started specializing in fondant wedding cakes, children’s cake and other celebration cakes. All cakes are made to order using her own original recipes and the finest quality ingredients. Chef Aina has indeed excelled in her craft and would not sacrifice quality for profit. She has made cakes for Elorde-Daanghari, Ridgid Philippines to name a few of happy and satisfied clients.
