The story behind our cheese pimiento
My siblings and I grew up loving cheese and having cheese pimiento made lovingly by our mom as part of our merienda spreads and summer family outings.
Now as grown-ups, we started making our own spreads using our beloved family recipe and shared it with friends and extended families. They kept raving, “wow this is sooo good!” and asking us, “how did you make this” or “can you please make more?”
And so, we did. We are now making more so we can spread the love this cheese pimiento brings. By the way, we use REAL PIMIENTO, not bell pepper, as some recipes on the Internet advise.
We hope you and your families enjoy it as much as we do. It’s best paired with toasted bread and coffee during breakfast or snack. Or, if you simply can’t resist, just have a spoonful or two and you’re all set! ❤️
