We need the following:
1. Baker - knowledgeable in pinoy merienda and sweets. Trustworthy. Good attitude and has initiative. Preferably male but female baker is also welcome especially with pastries knowledge.
2. Asst baker - go getter and willing to learn even without experience or background in bakery
3. Store in charge - Flexible, trustworthy. Positive outlook, has initiative and good behavior. Manages the store on daily basis including the total well being of the shop. Will require some ad hoc related tasks whenever necessary!

Renumeration ( salary and incentives) is based on experienced for the baker and the rests will be based on flexibility and adaptation towards the position.
