I'm cooking this Polvoron since elementary school and was been my very first business by selling to my classmates until college.

You may use peanuts, cashews, pinipig, Oreo biscuits or chocolate for other flavor variation.

Ingredients:

6 c. all purpose flour
1 c. butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. powdered milk
1 c. sugar
1 c. rice crispy

1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. (2 1/4 tsp.) quick active dry yeast
1/2 cup very warm water (120° to 130°F)
1/2 cup very warm milk (120° to 130°F)
1 egg

Filling:

1/4 c. (50 gm.) butter or margarine, softened
6 cloves garlic, minced
6-10 stalks spring onions, chopped
100-200 gms. cheddar cheese, grated
