meet matcha milk mochi 🍵🍪

the inspo:
my favorite matcha soft serve/sundae from my go-to matcha cafe 🍵 and we wanted to make something different from the usual matcha cookie flavor/s.

details:
cookie base is made of ceremonial grade matcha — the highest quality grade of matcha. the dough itself is made with just the right flavor of matcha, and has this sweet scent and fresh grassy note; which I believe even non-matcha fans would appreciate. 😊

to compliment, we added white belgian chocolate callets and a ball of milk mochi made from scratch — milk mochi instead of the regular mochi for the extra creamy/milky taste to balance out the earthy flavor of the matcha. 🍃🍡

these three combined? definitely a MATCHA made in heaven!!! 😮‍💨👼🏻

it’s been a long time since we’ve last updated our cookie line. so now, we’re going to release two additional cookie flavors with two different versions! 🍪😉

any guess for the flavors? drop them below!
we’ll give some hint: both cookies are giving ✨holiday✨ colors. one can easily be a crowd favorite; the other one may not be everyone’s cup of tea. we got some dibs for those who gets the right flavors! 🎁
