I love you, GypsyBaguio! It’s been TOO long since we saw you and experienced your yummy food, lovely ambience, and service oriented staff. Really a must see place “when in Baguio”! 😋 🤗 ♥️ 🫶

While many people slow down on Sunday, our crew stays on their feet to make sure our resto runs smoothly. In between lunch and dinner, there’s tweaking and housekeeping and managerial tasks and kitchen prep. Every pair of hands contributes to the work. Everybody has an important role to play.

August Announcement:

📣 This page does not have my current bakes which are on my personal account. So as to be clear on the direction we will take moving forward:

*Christmas-Definitely! I will posting the soonest my Xmas menu

*January-pahabol Xmas gifts, as not everybody want to give their gifts the same time everybody does

*Regular Calendar month offerings.
-seasonal bakes depending on availability of fruit, ingredients. To be announced ahead
-brownies, cookies,bars-pre ordered 1 week. Sometimes I’m in the mood and come up with some, I’ll post ahead of time
-Sansrival-due to the sensitive nature of this cake, minimum order of 4-5 cakes. In batches of 4’s. Ex.. 4 cakes or 8. This is due to baking time. We don’t want to burn your meringue . If you have an event and would like to order an uneven number, let me know at LEAST 1 week in advance so I can find customers that may cover.
-Naked cakes, yes.
-Korean buttercream flower cakes-depends if there’s an opening. This cake is beautiful but needs my full attention with A/C on full blast. You are not only getting or gifting a cake, but a work of art
-Fondant-sorry, I think I am done with a full fondant medium… that will include the figurines I used to do as well. Too much waste.
-Pies-coming soon

That’s it for my current announcement. I feel bad having turn away orders, but better let you know already the direction this business is going. I’ve decided to pursue my palate and my need to create, hence I have to put down something in order to pick something up. I’m glad to be back! Hope you are too! CHEERS!

Here is banana loaf for Wednesday baking! 🍌🍌🍌🍫

I’ve been getting requests from those watching their blood sugar for a more diabetic friendly or less sweet one 🤔. I’ll develop later something using natural sweeteners, not chemical… 💖

💡 … So far, 50% sugar levels was the lowest I could go without compromising texture. It still has that sweetness!

👅 For those with sugar sensitive palate 👍

Please place your orders by the weekend or latest Monday so I know how much to bake! Thank you! 💕💙🙏

PS: loaf may not be as golden brown as in photo below 😃

Do you remember Lengua De Gato cookies? Shaped like a cat’s tongue? 👅😽🐈. Well, these Browned Butter Salty Sugar cookies takes that up a notch! 🧈Crisp on the outside with a slightly chewy center, somehow toffee like, buttery flavor, topped with sea salt. Addictive? Definitely! I’ve made TONS of these in the past. Perfect with tea, coffee or milk!
