Meet RJ Pascual the heart behind Waves ‘N Cakes our Grazing Table and Cake ✨

If you’ve been to a wedding in La Union in the last couple months, chances are you’ve already tasted his work. Maybe you didn’t know it at the time. It was that grazing table you kept going back to during cocktail hour. Or that slice of cake you actually finished, and then asked if there was extra.

He wakes up at 3am on wedding days to bake. He sources local fruits from the market himself. He taught his staff how to tell if a brie is perfect, how to pipe buttercream so it holds in La Union heat, and how to set up a table without blocking your photographer’s shot.
