"For the first time in 10 years, ako yung nakaupo habang Noche Buena. Hindi ako yung nag-luluto pa sa kusina."

That's what one of our clients told us last Christmas.

And we get it. Ngayong 2025, lahat mahal na. Yung dating ₱500 sa palengke, ₱800 na. Tapos ikaw pa rin yung mag-peprepare ng buong Noche Buena. Mahabang oras sa kusina, pawis, pagod. Tapos pag dumating na yung bisita, ikaw pa rin yung nag-iinit ng ulam habang sila nag-eenjoy na.

Pero paano kung this year, ikaw naman? Yung nandun ka sa tawanan, sa kwentuhan, sa picture taking. Hindi yung nag-aantay ka pa sa kusina.

Chef Carla's Christmas Menu is back!!! Lechon Belly, Beef Morcon, Honey Garlic Shrimp, Chicken Paprika, Beef Festive. Gawang chef, sigurado ka sa lasa at walang hassle. Kompleto na, ikaw pa yung papurihan.

Kasi kahit mahirap ang panahon, deserve mo pa rin mag-enjoy. Hindi lang magluto.

Nakita mo ba yung balita?🔥 Bilyones ang nawala para sa flood control, tapos trending naman yung ₱500 budget daw for Noche Buena. Nakakatawa pero nakakaiyak, diba? 🤣

Pero alam mo, kahit ganyan ang mundo, deserve pa rin natin ng konting saya this Pasko. May Burnt Basque cheesecake na si Chef Carla! First time ko nakita, sabi ko “Bakit sunog?” Pero yun pala yung magic! sinadya yung pagkasunog para lumabas yung caramel taste. Whole cake siya, good for 8-10 people, so kung i-compute mo per head, sulit talaga. Creamy yung loob, jiggly pa. hindi yung typical na matamis na nakakaumay. Yung tipo na pag nakita ng bisita mo, akala nila nag-effort ka talaga.

Hindi porket may budget challenge, dapat boring na yung handa natin. Small wins matter, lalo na ngayong Pasko.
