Every corner of Nimfa’s holds a story, and our bar counter has been part of that story for almost two wonderful years. ☕ We’re finally saying goodbye to it..

Tomorrow, Wednesday (May 27), we’ll be closing full day as we install a new bar counter for a smoother workflow, better service, and a more comfortable space for our baristas.

A fresh little chapter is coming, and we’re excited to share it with all of you.

This was me and my Mom, Nimfa. 🌻The heart behind every recipe, every flavor, and every little dream that became Nimfa’s.

Before anyone else believed in me, she already did. I still remember telling her I wanted to study culinary, even though deep inside I knew it would be hard for us financially. But my mom had a way of turning impossible things into possible. She quietly found ways, sacrificed, and made sure I could chase that dream.

She bought me my very first oven and mixer. She sat beside me making cake boxes by hand when we were just starting.

Nimfa’s was never just a business. It was built from a mother’s love, faith, and sacrifices.

Thank you, Ma, for believing in me long before I believed in myself. Everything I create carries a piece of you.

This is our everyday scene. We usually eat our meals late especially on rush days. Sometimes, in the middle of a bite, we put everything down because an order just came in. It’s the long hours, The late meals, The pressure and rush.

Our operations wouldn’t be possible without our team, the hands and hearts behind everything. Today, we celebrate each one of them.
