🍌 BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP HOTCAKE πŸ₯ž

Chocolate for breakfast? That’s the start of a really good day. Banana Chocolate Chip Hotcake is an easy recipe with bananas and chocolate chips. We love how easy these are to make!πŸ₯ž

INGREDIENTS:
1 Pack RAM Hotcake Mix 200g
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup fresh milk
1 large egg 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 2pcs ripe banana mashed
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
PROCEDURES: 1.Preheat an electric griddle to 350Β°F, if using one. If not, you’ll preheat your pan just before cooking the pancakes. 2.Whisk hot cake mix, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl. 3.Whisk milk, egg, oil, and vanilla in mixing bowl. 4.Add wet ingredients to dry, add mashed banana and chocolate chips, stir until combined.
5.Spray pan or griddle with cooking spray. Drop desired amount of pancake batter onto preheated griddle or pan. Cook until small bubbles form then flip until the bottom is a light golden brown. 6.Serve plain or with maple syrup.

πŸ₯¬ Vegan Chickpea Burger Patty πŸ”

Want to try a veggie burger recipe made from RAM Garbanzos (Chickpeas)? This easy homemade chickpea veggie burger is hearty and flavorful.

Ingredients:
2 cans RAM Garbanzos (Chickpeas) 450g, plus the liquid
1 stalk celery (diced small)
1 small carrot (grated)
1/2 onion (minced)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (or other seasoning)
1/4 cup RAM All Purpose Flour 80g
Salt and pepper to taste
RAM Vegetable Oil 500ml (for frying)

Procedures:
1. Gather the ingredients.
2. Drain chickpeas and save the liquid.
3. First, mash the canned chickpeas in a large bowl using a potato masher or a large fork until nearly all mashed. You can leave a few little lumps. You could also use a blender or a food processor to prepare this recipe.
4. Next, mash in the celery, carrot, onion, garlic powder or other seasoning and the flour, and season well with sea salt or kosher salt and a bit of black pepper. Add some of the reserved chickpea liquid a teaspoon at a time until the mixture can create a patty that holds together nicely. This mixture should make four.
5. Once your patties are formed, heat a bit of oil in a skillet, or, you can use a lightly-greased grill pan for this.
6. Transfer the patties gently, as they are very delicate, and lightly pan-fry for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
7. Serve and enjoy!

Tips:
Make sure your grill or skillet is well heated before your place your chickpea patties in them, as this will help prevent them from sticking to the pan.

Churros!

There's nothing like a fresh homemade churros. They're crispy on the outside, soft and tender on the inside and they have the most irresistable flavor. Plus they're easier to make than you'd think. Always a crowd favorite! Plan on two per person or pipe out longer churros.

Servings: 15
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
1 cup (250ml) water
1/4 cup (56g) unsalted butter, diced into small cubes
1 Tbsp (13g) granulated sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup RAM ALL PURPOSE FLOUR 200g (scoop and level to measure)
1 large egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
RAM Vegetable Oil 500ml, for frying

For coating:
1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Procedures:

1. For the coating, whisk together 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon in a shallow dish, set aside.

2. Heat about 1 1/2 inches vegetable oil in a large pot or deep skillet over medium-high heat to 360 degrees Fahrenheit. While oil is heating, prepare batter.

3. For the batter, add water, butter, sugar and salt to a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

4. Add flour. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook. Stir constantly with a rubber spatula until mixture becomes smooth (a few lumps in it are fine).

5. Transfer mixture to a large mixing bowl. Let cool for 5 minutes.

6. Add vanilla and egg to flour mixture then blend immediately with an electric mixer. Blend until mixture becomes smooth.

7. Transfer to a 16-inch piping bag fitted with a rounded star tip (no bigger than 1/2-inch). Using Ateco 845 or 846 is recommended.

8. Carefully pipe mixture into preheated oil, into about 6-inches length. Cut end with clean scissors.

9. Let fry until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side. Transfer to paper towels to dry briefly then transfer to cinnamon sugar mixture and roll to coat.

10. Repeat process with remaining dough (frying no more than 5 at once). Serve warm with chocolate ganache or caramel sauce for dipping if desired.
