My grandfather started a bakery sometime in the late 1950's. Filipino bakery was known and loved as one of the pioneers in bakery business in Roxas City. My father started his own bakery, the Gerlen's Bakeshop in 1989 until it finally closed shop January of 2020. NextGen Bakeshop was born because an opportunity was opened for our family to take on the legacy. We ar
