1. The probability of each outcome is between 0 and 1, inclusive. This means that 0≤ P(x)≤1. This also means that P(X) should not be less than 0 nor greater than 1.

2. The sum of all the probabilities of a random variable is equal to to 1 or 100%. Again ha, equal to 1. Not less than or greater than 1.
