That softness though. 😋

Soft, fluffy, and freshly baked! Exactly how a cinnamon roll should be 🥰

We paused cinnamon rolls for just one week to highlight our cheese rolls while my co-baker went to do his "side job" of being a doctor.

We really thought a short break was fine, but our inbox says otherwise. From daytime inquiries to messages coming in at 11:59 PM, the cinnamon roll craving never rests 🤣 We hear you loud and clear and we’re bringing them back ASAP!

When total strangers reach out just to check if you're baking today...

Nothing warms our hearts more than messages asking when we’re baking next. Proof that the cinnamon roll addiction is real! From once a week to every other day and they're still asking for more ❤️🥰

With warmth and gratitude,
Uy Bakery ❤️

Since May, baking pre orders and cafe orders from once a week to every other day just to keep up with you guys!

Honestly, our cinnamon rolls ...and really, all of our fresh breads and pastries are seriously addictive. Consider yourself warned!

We've spent so much time testing, tweaking, and refining our recipe to give you our softest version yet. Intentionally left uncovered on the counter for three days for the squeeze test, and STILL this soft!
