Manilabake We believe that good bread comes from good baking. Manilabake is the bakeshop of Serye Café Filipino.

It opened its first branch in July 2012 along Katipunan Avenue in Blue Ridge, Quezon City. It offers baked products that include freshly baked breads, cakes, pies, cookies and pastries. Its park-shop-and-go concept makes it the perfect stopover for baked goodies on your way to work and school, to an event or before heading back home. Manilabake follows the age-old baking process to offer you only the best quality baked products. Our breads start out with unbleached flour, our own sourdough, some yeast and water. What we then add are natural, fresh and mostly local – whether eggs, milk products or sweeteners. We do not use any shortening, artificial flavoring or chemical preservatives. Gentle mixing, a long, cool fermentation and hand-shaping follow to transform these ingredients into loaves and rolls ready for a hot bake. For us that happens inside a charcoal-fired ceramic oven that offers enough heat for our loaves and rolls to caramelize and bake completely. The same careful and deliberate process goes into the preparation of Manilabake’s other baked products. The baking method we use is reminiscent of a time when a baker is an artisan who offers baked goods made with care for everyone’s enjoyment and good health.
