When I launched The Vintage Dough in mid-2024, I was full of passion, ideas, and equipped with training and masterclass experiences. However, just a few weeks into this exciting journey, an incredible opportunity for my professional career came along, and I couldn’t let it slip by. This is why Miss Victoria went MIA (missing in action).

But I made a promise to my inner child—and to you, my cherished vintage community—that The Vintage Dough would return. And I’m thrilled to announce that we’re making a grand comeback in Quarter 1 of 2025!

This time, we’re bringing even more irresistible treats to the table: indulgent New York-style cookies and perfectly crackly brownies. Why the upgrade, you ask? Miss Victoria recently completed a masterclass with the renowned Brooki Bakehouse from Brisbane, Australia, and I’m beyond excited to share these new flavors and skills with you.

The oven breaking turned out to be a blessing in disguise because it allowed me to create new flavors plus develop upgraded cookies with the same flavors. 🤍

FINALLY! SA WAKAS! The Vintage Dough's kitchen is now open!!!🥳 We will update our menu weekly, adding new flavors until we have introduced all the variants. We will also continue researching and developing limited-time menu items and monthly specials.

Ordering cut-off: 9AM-4PM (Monday-Sunday)

Shape: You will notice that the shape is not perfect due to reach of flavors and fillings. This ain't your usual flat-rounded cookie, this one showcases its beauty by being imperfect.

Texture: They have a crispy or slightly crunchy exterior, with a soft, gooey, and chewy center. This contrast in textures is one of their defining features.

Fresh out of the oven and armed with a certification! 🎓
After months of mastering the art of pastry-making, I'm thrilled to announce that I've officially completed my baking and pastry class and am now a certified Baker!👩🏻‍🍳 From perfecting the flakiest yet soft New-York-style cookies 🍪 to crafting crusty top and moist fudgy brownies 🍫. I've honed my skills to bring you the most vintage, timeless and delightful treats imaginable.
But the excitement doesn't stop there! 🌟 I'm gearing up to share my passion for baking with all of you as I prepare to launch my very own line of timeless pastries this May 2024. Get ready to tantalize your taste buds with a symphony of flavors and textures that will leave you craving more.

Hallo! I go by my baking alias as MISS VICTORIA. When I was a child, I dreamed of owning a pastry shop and serving the best pastries, especially during the Christmas season. However, that childhood dream remained just a plan. I worked in the corporate world non-stop since I graduated from college in 2016. I thought I would just pursue baking alongside my job but my job left me with even less time. I never gave up on my baking dream, but I set it aside for a while. During my employment, I started a business and now I own several businesses with my partner but it is far from pastry. Then one night, I dreamt that I had my own pastry shop, indulging my own-baked cookies and coffee while sitting at my pastry shop and savoring the moment where I know this is what I really want, just me and my childhood dream. So here I am at 29, quitting my General Manager job which I enjoyed doing for the past 4 years but I couldn't be more happier that I'm going to fulfill my dream of owning a bakery where I serve the best cookies, cakes, brownies, and many more treats.

I am thrilled to share that I am currently a student at a culinary school of Baking & Pastry Arts for a month-long baking and pastry class. So after my class, I am going to start R&D and share THE VINTAGE DOUGH to the world! I hope you will support my long-standing dream of having my own pastry shop. Serving you all soon! Kita-kits!
