A customer friend asked me how much it cost to make a customized cake.
For a single tier depends on the the size and details, 2,5000php estimate depende pa yan kung gano kadetalye ang design.
Masyado namang mahal, tapos single tier lang?
How much do you think it would cost you?
๐๐๐๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฟ: 1000php maximum... ๐
๐ ๐ฒ: Ok, since magkakilala naman tayo pwede namang ikaw ang gumawa. ๐
๐๐๐๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฟ: Pero hindi ako marunong magbake...๐
For 1000php tuturuan kita, nakasave ka pa ng 1,500php. You'll get the knowledge na kailangan mo. ๐
๐๐๐๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฟ: Sige, pwede na din.๐
But to get started: May mga kailangan tayong gamit:
โOven (10k-35k)
โStand mixer (7k-30k)
โHand mixer (5k-10k)
โTurn table (500-2k)
Refrigerator (15k to 30k)
โBaking tools like scraper, cake slicer, brush, measuring tools, mixing bowl, piping tip, piping bag, pans, cooler rack, wire whisk, spatula, sturdy working table, cutting matt, molder, cutters, plunger, silicon matt, tweezer (very hard to estimate)
โComsumables like ingredients...APF, white sugar, butter, powdered sugar, baking powder, baking soda, eggs, cream, cooking oil, food colors, fondants, tylose, cornstarch, cocoa powder, chocolate bar, sprinkles, dragees, shortening (very hard to estimate)
Cake box, cake board, cake post, cello plastic, baking paper, tissue, stapler, tape, bioplastic, sticker, glue gun, glue stick, scissors, ribbon, toy toppers, acrylic toppers, candles โ(very hard to estimate)
โโetc.
๐๐๐๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฟ: Hala. But I don't have all these stuff. ๐
Well then for another 1000php more I'll rent my stuff to you para makagawa ka.
Okay! thursday 3am I'm waiting for you to start doing this work ha.
What 3am??? And I can't on Thursday I only have time today.
I'm sorry, but I'm only available on Thursday at 3am to teach you and lend you my stuff. Other days are busy with other customers na kasi. ๐
Okay! That means I'm going to have to sacrifice my Thursday and give up my other tasks.
I forgot. To do your job yourself, you also have to pay for the non-productive factors.๐
๐๐๐๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฟ: Totoo ba? Ano naman yun?
Vat, Internet connection, power, gas etc.
๐๐๐๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฟ: Jusko! Sige. Yung mga gamit ok naman na?
Sure, nasa akin naman na yung ibang gamit, but for the ingredients, you'll need to buy it since sakto lang ang ingredients ko for my existing orders. And wait you'll need to find the exact brand, hindi pede un kung ano lang ang available, like sa butter and powdered sugar, may specific kaming ginagamit, pag wala kay supplier 1, hanap kay supplier 2, 3, 4 hanggang sa makita mo.
