Mary Bernadette Tan, lover of all things food, and a graduate of the Center for Culinary Arts, eventually perfected her original chocolate truffles in 2008 which has easily become a favorite since. She personally prepares the truffles in her kitchen at home in Quezon City, from start to finish. With the support of her family, Truffes continues to grow. New recipes are constantly being considered a

nd created, including new truffle variants and other pastries. We at Truffes believe that food serves to both nourish and delight. Every pastry we make is made with high quality ingredients that are masterfully blended for a rich distinct flavour that is sure to satisfy.
