I actually can't imagine what this would taste like,
but I'm so glad that I wasn't disappointed! It tasted
citrusy but not too much, the honey glazed on top
gave it the sweetness you'll be longing for on a loaf.
This will really give you the comfort you need for the
day, don't forget your coffee or tea when you try this
as you will really crave for one! Don’t just take her word, try it and you won’t regret it!

This cake is quite special as the client had very specific requests. The celebrant’s birthday is a very special one as she was gifted with new life after a transplant. To hear that it made the celebrant happy and enjoyed the cake is a cherry on top for me.

Let’s turn lemons into lemonades. Backstory: this was a canceled order, client was unbelievably rude and even threatened that if I can’t meet her expectation she will cancel her order. As a small business owner, one canceled order can really make a dent on the sales, but I’d rather keep my respect to myself and to the cakes I make and told her that I won’t be delivering the cake to her anymore. Repurposed the cake and gifted it to someone who will appreciate the homemade cake. Last few slots open for cake orders for Monday delivery.
