Planning to send some cupcakes to my brother and nieces for awhile now, however, just couldn’t find the time. But was able to a week ago and cooked my signature dish, Beef Kare-Kare as well.

That’s how Evanz described the cake when I surprised her on her birthday.

When I started practicing baking cakes last November, she’s already showing me pictures on how she would want her cake to look like, but I told her, I doubt that I can pull it off.

However, I still decided to give it a try, and I’m happy that she loved it!

Mark loves to drink, but thankfully, he now toned down a bit. But still decided to make this our inspiration as an excuse as well to create a defying gravity cake. 🤣

He’s also the one who’s delivering our cakes when we were just starting so we’re really grateful to him.

It’s my handsome and loving son’s birthday! 🙍🏻‍♂️💞

Lyle wanted a League of Legends theme for his special day and Zed is one of his favorite champions from the game. I was nervous since my time was not enough and this is the first time that I will attempt to make a fondant figure topper.

I was quite proud that I was able to finish the cake in just less than two days (although I honestly think it looks like the robot from Voltes V, 😂 so I know there’s still a lot of room for improvement).

I also have to place sticks behind the figure for support as the fondant is not fully dry yet, but I removed it the day after and it can fully stand by itself.

That was Mao’s favorite, Ate Lea’s daughter, when she was still with her family. So for her 13th birthday, her mom decided to relive her memories by having Twilight as her cake. (And sorry Mao, we should’ve put it in a larger cake board). 😢

Lara wants a toned down cake with solid pastel colors for Mishka’s christening. We decided to combine purple, pink, and green, and put pink and white edible pearls around her baby’s name to go around with it.
