Naci is derived from the word "nasi" which means rice in different languages and is the staple comfort food for most here in the Philippines. We tweaked the spelling the same way we add a unique twist to our very own dishes, which are familiar and reminiscent of home cooked meals from different parts of the world that bring back childhood memories. We've moved quite a bit but we've found home in a

cozy neighborhood spot in White Plains that suits the comforting spread. One thing though that will never change is Chef Ed Quimson's signature creations that we hold ever so dearly that are simple (as they should be) but robust and full of flavor; a legacy worth sharing with our valued guests.
