We've been inactive for a couple of weeks but we're very thankful to our loyal customers for continuously supporting our business despite the lack of ads. 😻

Each of our cakes in a 6x2 can is good for 4-6 servings but there's nothing wrong if you'd rather have a whole cake to yourself. 😉 My boys can devour the whole chocolate cake in 2 days and hubby's cousin can finish the ube leche flan cake by herself. 🤫😂

These were some of the chocolate cake and ube leche flan cake orders last weekend. Fully booked for tomorrow but if stringent quarantine measures won't be imposed, we'd open up more slots for the weekend. Praying for everyone's safety! 🙏🙏🙏

Another kitchen experiment:
Basque Burnt Cheesecake

This cake is recently trending around the metro, aside from minimalist cakes, but it isn't fairly new (it is actually believed to be decades old). Originally from Spain, this crustless cake is like a fusion of the Portuguese tart and the New York cheesecake. Baked with high heat and without the usual bain marie, the top and sides have this rustic burnt look which adds another layer of flavor while maintaining the delicately smooth texture of a cheesecake inside.

Might as well eat that slice and pair it with coffee. 😂
