Started as a hobby in 1998, the love for creating sweet treats then progressed to becoming a part time business for the owner. She diligently spent the next couple of years establishing a solid market base while keeping a steady supply of products for several schools in the Metro. But what seems to be lacking is the name behind it, the identity. This also coincided with her daughter's initiation

of some sorts to the world of baking after staying on the sidelights for sometime helping her mom and making sure that the treats would be appealing enough not only to kids but the 'kids at heart' as well. NoPastriesAttached came about after the kids behind it transformed their idea into action. Aicka, Christian, Danielle and Carleen worked on it until they were able to laydown the structures of how the business is to operate. Utilizing their knowledge and resources and making sure they have everything covered to be able to deliver the best of what they have to offer.
