Nothing says Filipino quite like crispy pork belly. 🐷 Our version draws from the bright, familiar notes of sinigang na bayabas, a rainy-day staple we kept returning to while developing the dish during monsoon season; bridging the two Pinoy favorites together felt only natural. ☔️🍃
