Starting a baking business was never easy for Desiree.

The Cup n’ Cakes was started by Desiree Farrales Villamayor-Roxas in the year 2007. Desiree, inspired by her mother’s talent in baking and cooking, continues to carry on and follow her passion for baking. Desiree is known for her best-selling Chocolate Revel Bars and her irresistible Chocolate Cake. With her talent in art on the side, she expanded her baking business to customize her desserts. Sin

ce then, Desiree continues to create and share a distinctive homemade taste of freshly baked desserts with a twist of her amazing ideas to her clients. With so much competition and aspirant bakers in this field, she knew she had to work hard to promote her products. Having limited resources during her first year in the business, she started sharing her baked goodies to her family and friends, door-to-door selling, joining bazaars, etc. Fortunate enough and by word-of-mouth, she has received numerous commendations for her delicious desserts. Last September 19, 2015, The Cup n’ Cakes was chosen and awarded by Golden Globe Annual Awards for Business Excellence 2015 as the Best Homemade Sweet Delicacies Maker in Metro Manila, in a ceremony held at The Manila Hotel. With this award, The Cup n’ Cakes was bestowed the Seal of Quality. As the business continuous to grow, The Cup n’ Cakes caters to orders to supply desserts for events, caterers, coffee shops, companies for edible souvenir items, etc. With the help of her team, they create amazing and delicious desserts to make an event even more memorable. With hard work, dedication, and a lot of patience, The Cup n’ Cakes is definitely an accomplishment which has made her passion a dream come true.
