Our Dough-licious journey began one night early part of May 2020, when Mitch and Josh, my wife and son, were craving for some Ube Cheese Pandesal. I was concluding a Zoom Call that time, when I noticed they were accessing Pandesal deliveries online and speaking to chatbots for their orders. The pandemic had just broken out full scale the month before and my consultancies both here and abroad were

slowly drying up. Their messaging concluded with someone on the other end saying to expect the delivery tomorrow afternoon with payment via COD (Cash on Delivery). We waited until the evening. We followed up on IG only to be given the explanation that rider was delayed in his deliveries. Ube Cheese Pandesal Craving Not Satisfied, so to speak. To this, my wife said, how about we just make our own? The following day, Dough n’ Go was born. For context, Mitch is a serial baker with an innate talent for it to boot. She has been baking for more than 20 years, on and off, both as a hobby and as a “side hustle”, when she would participate in food markets, tiangges and various food fairs around Metro Manila. Equipment wise, too, we had our fair share of it at home. Ingredients were on a per need basis so that was ok as well. I in turn left Corporate 2 years ago and pursued a consultancy for various Clients here and abroad. I specialize in Marketing, Business Development and Strategic Partnerships. Prior pandemic, I had Clients in the Entertainment, Healthcare, Data Privacy and Architectural Design spaces. Unfortunately, business was gradually affected by the pandemic’s exponential onslaught. Going back, Mitch and I decided to leverage our talents and “adjust our sails” to the imminent storm that was menacingly taking over our beloved country. We call it “persevering entrepreneurship” because it is something we have decided to fully embrace as a Family as we weather the prevailing pandemic. So when we began posting the following day via FB, orders started to come in via Messenger and thru Comments on the photos we posted. What followed was history. What started out with Ube Cheese Pandesals, eventually expanded to Banana Breads and Cinnamon Rolls. Now we have a Pasta Menu, different types of Breads and Rolls, Cheesecakes, Cream Puffs and Cheese Rolls to name a few. We continue to create and innovate as we come out with New Creations for the “ber” months, among them, Dark Chocolate Truffles and Almond Brownie Brittles. To date, we have delightfully fulfilled over 1,500++ Orders and have happily sold more than 8,000++ Products. We have successfully delivered our Baked Goods to as far as Malolos, Bulacan up North, Silang. Cavite down South, Taytay, Rizal over East, and have covered the Whole of Metro Manila. Most recently, we have booked deliveries from as far as Legaspi, Albay. Most importantly, we’ve given Our Clients and Customers, more reasons to Smile Again and Again. Something we all need in these unique times. And just so you know…
All our Doughs and Products are freshly baked and hand-made from carefully-sourced ingredients. Everything is precision-baked right before it gets to you so you can be certain of its Taste, Texture and Quality. We neither bake excess nor keep inventory. This is how we maintain the freshness of our Baked Goods. Our PaLUTOs have been CROWD FAVORITES on more than its fair share of DINING TABLES, FAMILY GATHERINGS & MEMORABLE OCCASIONS across the Metro since we launched them a few months back.
