I fell in love with baking at a very young age.

I dreamt of studying abroad and being a professional baker. The only condition my parents set was that I graduate with a degree before pursuing my culinary career. So I graduated in London with a double major in business and IT then I studied culinary in Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco. From there, I trained and worked in several prestigious restaurants in San Francisco and hotels in Las Vegas, an

d eventually came home and opened my own culinary school and baking supply shop in Cebu (Maayong Adlaw to my fellow Cebuanos!). I moved to Manila when I got married, and realized that there was one thing that I loved more than baking, it was my family. I became a full-time mom and wife and loved baking for and with my family and friends. Because of the quarantine, being locked down at home rekindled my passion for baking. Hence, The Baking Room was born - a separate room in our basement that allows me, together with the help of my kids, to prepare these specially crafted treats created with both passion and love. It is my goal that everyone who receives my cakes is reminded that YOU DESERVE IT ❤
