I didn’t plan to start a kitchen. Life — and God — had other plans.

FAITH. COURAGE. GROWTH.
�The story behind PUSH DELI KITCHEN & MORE.

A small deli.�One brave yes.�A growing kitchen. ❤️

The years 2020–2021 were uncertain for everyone. In the middle of the pandemic, Push Deli was born — a small idea shared by four of us who simply wanted to keep moving forward despite difficult times.

We started by selling authentic products from different provinces — frozen sausages, longganisa, bottled sardines, hams, and more. It was simple, humble, and honest. More than a small business, it was our way of holding on to faith and hope during a season when the future felt unclear. (Shoutout to the one who first conceptualized Push Deli.)

As life slowly returned to normal in 2021, we each went back to our regular jobs and routines. Quietly and naturally, Push Deli was set aside.

But sometimes what seems like an ending is only a pause.

God had other plans. ✨

I entered a season where life felt uncertain again. I faced my own health issues while caring for my sick mom. I wasn’t really working and I didn’t have a clear direction. Instead of standing still, I chose to make that season meaningful.

I chose to grow.

I continued my culinary journey at the Center for Asian Culinary Studies, taking cooking and baking classes that strengthened my skills and slowly rebuilt my confidence. It also kept my mind busy when my heart was still grieving my mother’s passing in May 2025.

Then came a moment that required courage.
In November 2025, a colleague trusted me to cook for her birthday celebration. I remember feeling nervous and unsure — wondering if my recipes were ready, or if I was ready.

But something in my heart said yes.

That one brave yes changed everything.�(Thank you, Teacher Blanche ❤️ my very first client who trusted me)

That small step of courage became the beginning of growth.

What once started as a small deli slowly began transforming into something more — a kitchen where food is prepared, shared, and served with love.

And that is how the chef’s hat — and the word “Kitchen” — became part of the brand.
Today, PUSH DELI KITCHEN & MORE continues to grow.

It is no longer just about sourcing products. It is about serving home-cooked meals inspired by family recipes, refined over time, and shared from our kitchen to your table.

I may not always know where God is leading me, but I will continue to follow.

From my kitchen to yours — thank you for being part of this journey. ❤️

**Because sometimes all God needs is one small yes… and He will take care of the rest.
