IT HAS BEEN A YEAR.

Hello Everyone!
Thought I should introduce myself. My name is Kim. The owner, baker, everything in between of Kim Bee Shoppe and a hotelier by profession. Kim Bee Shoppe started last 2018 as a non-food online biz and was converted into a donut online shop last 2020 amidst the and pandemic lockdowns.

This pandemic directed me to my newly found passion with baking - and more of my anxiety outlet. It's gratifying to produce something tangible. I find it very soothing, comforting and meditative. As they say, baking and sharing baked goods can be a valuable tool in one’s mental health self care kit.

It has been so fun and rewarding getting to know and meeting people who love donuts as I do! Thank YOU for being in this journey with me! Cheers to more donuts to bake and more memories to make! 💛🐝 Stay safe everyone! 😷
