A friendly advice in this time of pandemic!

Eat nutritious meal not necessarily expensive food. Include eggs in your daily meal especially during breakfast. Eggs are very nutritious. It contains high levels of protein and essential amino acids. It helps keep our body healthy and strong.

Drink plenty of water. Take vitamins especially Vitamin C, Zinc and vitamin D3. It will help boost your immunity.

Stay safe. Observe the minimum health protocol. Wear mask and face shield, wash hands with soap or use alcohol. Observe social distancing.
