Our grand reopening we be on April 1. We're finishing up with filing our new company and the construction of our bigger bakery. We'll be re=opening with special treats to include in every order. We miss you all and can't wait to get baking for again very soon.

We're rebranding. Only our name is changing. We're thinking of the future and our former name was not available through DTI. Since we're from Palawan we chose a name that would resonate with our customers and one that we could carry with us as we grow. Our name came from our very own Palawan mammal, the Balabac Mouse Deer.

What a year! We launched in August and now, 5 months later, at year's end, we're excited to announce that we've Leah now baking with us. Leah is the Co-Founder of PPC's beloved The Fat Goat.
