Last November 25, 2022, Nutripan-Alabel Bakeshoppe has been successfully launched at Alabel Gymansium, Alabel, Sarangani Province. This is a tripartite venture of Dole Philippines through Mahintana Foundation Inc. in partnership with the Local Government Unit of Alabel and the Provincial Local Government of Sarangani.
The ribbon cutting was accompanied by the partners from the Provincial Government of Sarangani represented by Atty. Stephani Valasco-Datig, Local Government Unit of Alabel represented by their Municipal Health Officer and Brgy. Captains, Dole Philippines Inc. represented by Ms. Barbara Guerpillon, Senior Director Dole Venture/ Sustainability Dole Packaged Foods from Singapore, Ms. Leamor B. Bañaga, Senior Manager for Corporate Affairs. Ms. Julieta Burgos, HR Director and HR Training and Organizational Development Manager, Mr. Chris Cordova. Mahintana Foundation is represented by their Executive Director, Ms. Liza Duropan- Hora, with its Board of Trustees, Dr. Jorge U. Calderon and Mr. Pablo L. Sunglao.
On her closing remarks, Dr. Donna Labaniego representing the Municipal Health Office who will be the active implementer of the project in the Municipality of Alabel ended her message with Smile Alabel, Smile Nutrition!
