A Terickfic Story
A dream starts when a poor young boy joined the Regional STEP competition held in General Santos City way back in 2003. The delegates need to showcase their best version of buko pie. Being able to achieve the best texture of the crust for the pie, he got the 2nd place in the competition. The only thing that he saw as the factor which might disqualify him for the first place is the salty taste of the crust. Though his dream of reaching the national level for the competition was curtailed, he did not stop there. The young boy, John Erick Celorico, is now the owner of the Terickfic Special Buko Pie Pasalubong Shop business located in Koronadal City and General Santos City.
