Our bread baker, Felix, shaping and scoring each sourdough loaf. Each small batch is given a slow rise before being baked, creating a loaf that’s crunchy and chewy on the outside, with a soft, airy crumb inside. A Tilde staple!

Usually out of the oven and cooling by 4 PM. Drop by for a freshly baked loaf. 🤎
